Am I able to trade with 2 separate brokerage accounts at the same time.. I currently have amp futures and Rithmic. or do I need to open another Sierra account

You do not need another Sierra Chart account. The solution is to install a second Sierra Chart installation on the same computer and then have one set to one broker and the other to the other broker. Refer to the following instructions: Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time: Step-By-Step Instructions to Install Multiple Copies of Sierra Chart The reason you want to have the installations on the same computer is because you will not have any additional fees this way. If you have the installations on two different computers, then you would need to pay two exchange fees, as the exchanges require additional money in order to connect from two computers at the same time.
