Hello, I have been experimenting with SierraChart and everything went fine, I received all the DATA on the DoM like the bids, sold, bot & offers. But now that I am going live and connected to a prop firm I am missing all this data on the DoM. I have the 'integrated standard' activated together with the CME (I am trading the E-Mini S&P 500). How come I got this issue, is it because my package is not high enough to get this data? Looking forward to receive help with this issue. Thanks in advance. Best regards, Karlien.

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the Denali Data Feed, and historical data from the Denali Data Feed in the case of when using an external Trading service (Rithmic, CQG, Interactive Brokers), from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees. However, you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees. Refer to the "Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges" section here: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges Rithmic paper trading or trading evaluator accounts are not considered a live funded futures trading account. Hello John, Thank you for your reply. I have been in contact with Stage 5, so to make this clear. If I fund an account with them i.e. Stage 5, I can get that data on the DoM so can get through those stages of TopStep's prop firm program which in the beginning is a SIM stage? Hello, I have not had an answer on my previous question. I have created an account and it got approved today, that is with Stage 5. Do I HAVE TO fund it before I can receive the DOM data? Looking forward reading a response on the questions. Best regards, Karlien.

You need to have a live, funded account in order to qualify for the non-professional CME Group exchanges. Therefore, you do need to have funds in your account with Stage 5.
