hi support, which settings do i need to ensure are correct to allow me to trade the e minis 24 hrs a day please? i entered a limit order around 15:55 newyork EST which was activated straightaway and it got automatically cancelled at 16:00 by the system. i also noticed there is a setting that automatically closes the trades but i can't seem to find it to stop this happening again? TIA |

Check the following: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: A >> Flatten And Cancel at Set Time Global Profit/Loss Management: Flatten Positions at Set Time Also make sure your broker is not closing out your positions, as positions held overnight have different margin requirements. The settings that we referenced apply to Simulation Mode, but not the broker. But, if you are using our "Simulated Futures Trading Service", then there are settings in there for controlling the margin for day and evening, and also options to close positions based on time or margin. So you will want to review those as well. They are under the "Main" settings for your account with that service.
