It has nothing to do with delayed data, two charts work, one time it works, one time it doesn't. When you turn the platform back on, it draws the missing candles and does not work.

Please get us an image of your charts where one is working and one is not. Make sure we can see the entire chart, including the time scale on the bottom.

You do not need to pay for the data in order to resolve this issue.

There is something about your setup that is causing this. We just need to find out what.

If you are not able to submit an order, then check your "Trade >> Trade Service Log" and it should give a reason for the rejection. You can also call your broker and ask them why there is a problem entering the order.

There is nothing in the log that shows any issues. Did you try to place an order on YM and not have it work and then open the Trade Service Log?
