We do not have enough information from that image to know what is occurring. In particular, we can not see the time scale, so we have no idea what the chart scaling is set to. Please get us a chartbook with a single chart and as few studies as possible to show us the issue you are having. Follow the instructions at the following link: Support Board Posting Information: Providing Chartbook with Only a Single Chart For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

John, Sierra should add a step to the share instructions at Support Board Posting Information: Providing Chartbook with Only a Single Chart to set the time zone for all charts to the proper time zone. Otherwise, it is problematic and error prone to view a chartbook shared from someone in another time zone, especially if studies in those charts have times set in their studies that do not change when you update the time zone. Setting the time zone to something other than "Use Global Time Zone" before sharing is very helpful. Personally, "Use Global Time Zone" setting is not useful and should be deprecated in favor of having a NEW chart set its time zone to the "global time zone". This would prevent many issues with chart sharing. Please consider this for a feature request! Thank you. |

We are not seeing any issues with the charts you sent. Attached is the image of what we see when we open them. You may notice the "Week Lo" up high right by the "Week Hi" label, this is only because it is Friday after the close, so the system is getting a bit ahead of itself for the following week.

FIXED- I looked closer at my charts and saw that Fridays were not being included by the Weekly Hi-Lo study. When I turned on Chart Settings> Session Times> Load all Weekend data, this was remedied.
