We need more information. What trading service are you connected to? Is 'Trade Simulation Mode On' not enabled? Are you getting any errors? Is there anything showing what might be the problem in "Trade >> Trade Service Log"?

After you try to place an order and it does not work, open the "Trade >> Trade Service Log" and post the contents to this thread.

You have the option for "Trade >> Trading Locked" enabled. Disable this and you will be able to send trades to your trading service. Refer to the following:
Trade Menu: Trading Locked (Trade menu)
