I have access now directly through Sierra - and running fine. However, after my most recent payment (Wednesday, Jan 17) I was prompted to select a service level. We are not understanding exactly what you are asking. Ninja Trader does not allow Sierra Chart to be used with their systems. So you can not connect Sierra Chart to Ninja Trader. If you are wanting to get data from us, then what are the exchanges for which you are wanting data?
