Hi, i used to use Denali data and Teton routing. In order to be able to trade EUREX, I needed to switch to CQG routing (while keeping denali data) but I am experiencing odd situation while loading historical e-mini nat gas data - I used to be able to load data from 2017, now it is only possible to load from 07/17/2023, while it is quite broken till at least 12/2023. I cannot find explanation for this, since I am still using Denali data. Can you please give me any insight on this? Should I provide further detail, please let me know. Thank you. |

You definitely should be able to get data prior to July of 2023.
