Confirmation Chart trade mode

Hello supportteam, when I trade in the Chart (Charttrade mode on) I have to click always confirmations but in the Dom the confirmation is disabled.What should I do ?

Click the Trade dropdown menu on the DOM Click Attach Trade Window To Chart Click the 'M' button to the right of the "Cancel All" button This will open a drop down menu Click Confirmations and tick/untick what you require. Hope this helps
