hello,
as you know crypto is going mainstream now so I am wondering if there was any possibility of SC getting data from Binance instead of Bimex? Bimex does such little volume vs Binance who does about 10% of BTC a day. I see Binance in the list of available symbols, but when I click to open it up it only says 'Get Binance Symbols). Can I get Binance? Thank you, Karen

Yes. Follow through the instructions here:
Cryptocurrency / Bitcoin Data and Trading Services: Setup Instructions

On the Find Symbol window you then need to press the Get Symbols button to get the Binance symbols.

I am very sorry, but I get no reaction when I hit the 'get symbols' button. You can see I am on 'all service' as I am running btc from Bitmex in the background. I then went to Binance, clicked, got the '(Get Binance Symbols), clicked/highlighted that and then went to the 'get symbols' at the bottom and clicked. Nothing happens. I am very sorry but what am I doing wrong, please?

We see that this is in a Sub-Instance. Please try this in the main instance and let us know if you are able to get the symbols there.

John, You know I do not want to get you mad so please when I tell you I have hit the 'get symbol' button I have I promise. Please look at the screenshot I sent. I know what button you want me to hit, and I did, but no symbols populate. Is there anything else I can do? When I click on that button I briefly get a message of [requested additional symbols] so I am doing what you told me. I am sorry I am taking your time.

We did not ask you to verify you hit the proper button in post #4. We are asking if you have tried this in the Main Instance as well. The image you provided shows that you are trying to do this in a Sub-Instance. Please try it in the Main Instance and let us know if you get the symbols there.

I tried that! See I am thinking! but it didn't make a difference. I am so sorry to bother you, but I am doing what you say, and I had tried the main SC All service login chartbook

John!!!! I closed SC overnight and shut off computer. I opened my main page of All Service and tried again. This time it worked, and the 'requested additional symbols' message didn't disappear instantly. And the boom a window populated. Thank you so much and maybe you did something overnight but I now have the symbol.
THANK YOU

John, please look at attached message log. I was able to access the symbols this morning. I just went back to try the different symbols and it did the same thing as it did yesterday. A brief message saying requesting symbols and then boom nothing. Look at message log, and see I did request, but it won't give. What do you think is going on? Thank you
