Drawing properties menu not showing.

When trendline is drawn and I right click the line to bring up my menu, and I click Drawing properties, the drawing properties menu is not populating. It looks like it is doing the same thing the "Duplicate chart" sub menu was doing that week, it tries to populate, but nothing comes up. Version 2584, fresh update, tried on my normal charts and a fresh chart with no indicators or extra's on it. Did the same thing. Nothing happened. |

I'm having this same issue. Updated to the latest release as instructed but still nothing happens when I click "Chart Drawing Properties" or when I navigate to Global Settings>>Tool Configs>>Line Config

Thanks. It's worth noting that I had to choose "Download Pre-Release" rather than "Download Current Version". It's working now, with version 2594. Thanks again!

Spoke too soon. When I right click on a drawing (line), I am able to open the Chart Drawing Properties submenu just fine, but the issue remains when attempting to open Tool Configs submenus from the Global Settings menu to set defaults. Nothing opens for Line Config, Ray Config, Extended Line Config, and a few others. Some do open, for example Parallel Lines Config and Parallel Rays Config.

We really need more information and the exact message you are getting. But if you are getting blank menus, then this implies a lack of resources on your computer, which would require that you reboot and make sure to keep the number of other programs running to a minimum while running Sierra Chart.
