Prior week NQ data will not load

Hi, I was on vacation last week and upon booting up Sierra Chart, the prior week's NQ data will not load. ES is fine... but NQ can't seem to find any info for all of last week 01/08/24 to 01/14/24.

Is there something I have to do with this? Maybe a chart is limiting data to 3 days and they ALL need to be 7-10 to include all of last week?

Thanks, I tried that and most of the data loads... except about 3 months of NQ data at the end of 2023 (see attached screenshot). For some reason that won't download & show on my NQ daily chart. I clicked Edit -> Delete and Data & Download... still no dice.

We assume that you have this setup as a Continuous Futures Chart in order to get the data that far back. As such, follow the instructions here:
