hello! i understand that everyone might not get the same data and the candles may differ, i just trade what's it front of me....

but i just noticed that a lot of platforms are saying that NQ just hit all time highs, as well as QQQ. with the ETF hitting it that concerns me a little because on Sierra Chart we are still working our way to ATH's.

does anyone have any other info or advice???

thanks so much

attached is NQ on SC vs NQ on Traderview

Your tradingview chart is not back adjusted, whereas your sierra chart is.

From memory tradingview uses date based rollover for their continuous contract charts.

If you use a Continuous Futures Contract option that includes Back-Adjustment, then it is possible that an All-Time-High would occur in a previous contract, since that data was skewed up/down depending on what was needed for the back-adjustment. If you want to see what the actual data is showing (as it was at that time), then you would not want to use a Back-Adjusted option.
