Calculation between volume data and price in percentage?

Hello People, How can I make or where can I find a study that calculate the difference between volume data (cumulative delta) and price in real time? The percentage can be positive or negative.(0 % would be no absorption) The objective is to detect faster absorption and the intention of it. How can I accomplish this study?
