Hello, I use the "Extend Chart DOM across Entire Chart when using CTRL/ALT" functionality. Today, the ALT key for selling is not working. The CTRL one still works fine for buying orders. If I click on the DOM in the ASK column I can still start a selling order but not with the ALT shortcut. I checked my keyboard and the ALT key seems to work with other applications. I updated Sierrachart to the pre-release but nothing changed. It was working yesterday and I don't remember changing anything on sierrachart or windows. Any idea? Thank you for your help Mauro |

One thing I also noticed is that when I press the ALT key by itself, the cursor switches from cross to arrow and vice versa. Not sure if that is normal or if it may be something that messes up the CTRL/ALT functionality.

Apparently this changed at some point recently to be the "Shift" key for the Sell side instead of the Alt key. You will know which one is the case in the version you are running by looking at the setting for this in "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading". With the newer versions it will state "Extend Chart Dom Across Entire Chart When Using Ctrl(Buy) / Shift(Sell)". Note the word "Shift" at the end instead of "Alt".
