The stacking numbers are frequently equal to bid size and don't reflect change. Usually it is only one price where stacking = bid and the other prices reflect the change properly.

ESH4 I will have the stacking right next to the bid depth and about once every minute or two, I see the two equal, and all the other numbers are proper. I saw it less frequently on the ask size.

Is it the entire Pulling/Stacking column that is the same as the Bid/Ask or just some of the numbers? When this occurs is it just for an instant, or how long does it last? We want to make sure you are receiving the Denali Data Feed for that symbol. Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) We will then determine what the problem is. ---- Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. In the latest version of Sierra Chart there are two new settings in Global Settings >> Chart DOM Settings: "Limit Maximum Pulling Stacking Value To Current Depth Quantity" (Try setting this to No) "Add Trade Volume To Pulling Stacking Value For Price" (You can also set this to No if you want to and have a look at what the result is) We would recommend reconnecting to the data feed in each case with File >> Reconnect. Pulling and stacking calculations are not perfect because of how data feeds behave and work. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. You state the following: I have also an issue, as the bid size and buy column is empty.
So are you getting any Market Depth data in the DOM? For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

It was working fine for 1 year and out of the blue it went empty last week. I uploaded a picture of what my DOM looks like now. Thank you for your help |

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the Denali Data Feed, and historical data from the Denali Data Feed in the case of when using an external Trading service (Rithmic, CQG, Interactive Brokers), from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the *Non-Professional* exchange fees. However, you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees. Refer to the "Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges" section here: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges Rithmic paper trading or trading evaluator accounts are not considered a live funded futures trading account. Refer to the following for instructions on how to connect once a month to your *live funded* trading account to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees If you do not have a funded trading account or one with a supported Trading service, then refer to this solution: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement Consider the above solution to avoid this problem in the future. You need to connect to your live CQG account at least once a month to verify your non-professional standing. Follow these instructions to connect to your CQG account: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions The instructions to connect once a month are here: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
