Hi, I bought a new laptop and downloaded Sierra Chart, CQG etc etc and just tried to setup my chartbook / numbers bars as I had it on my old laptop (I trade the mini Nikkei 225). However, every bid and ask volume is displaying as zero. I've tried a few things to no avail. Am I missing something simple that should be updated on my new laptop? Many thanks

The most common reason for this is that you have a Daily or higher timeframe chart. The Numbers Bars study will not work on that data, as the Bid/Ask data is not present. You need to use the Intraday data. Which Mini Nikkei 225 symbol are you using? There are several options over a few exchanges, so we need to know which one you are using.
