Context: Multiple APEX accounts with Rithmic using Denali Data Feed. Trade Allocation enabled, with all live accounts added to the Allocation Accounts List (i.e. #2-10) except for the one I'm trading on (#1) Issue: Flattening all positions on multiple accounts. Details: When I flatten positions on SC, I notice that only a few accounts are flat. The majority of my account positions are still showing as open in the Trade Orders Window, but they are no longer visible on my Chart. This is confirmed when I look at R Trader Pro. When I try again to 'flatten' or 'flatten and cancel all' in SC, the msg log says 'unable to close, position does not exist.' Grateful for assistance on this |

Internal Order ID: 17884. Service Order ID: (none). Symbol: NQH4.CME. Account: XXX Or Unable to Flatten/Reverse. Position does not exist. |

To start, please look at your Trade Activity Log and see if orders were sent to close out all the accounts. It sounds like the orders were sent, but then Rithmic did not pick them up properly. Refer to the following: Trade Activity Log: Viewing Historical Trade Activity For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
