Place a Limit Order on DOM

Hello SC-Community, how can I place a limit order on the trading DOM? I thought I have made all the settings to do so, but sometimes I think my order is executed when all limits of a price level are bought/sold. You see an image attached. Thanks in advance. I believe in SIM mode price has to trade completely through the price to get a fill, otherwise fills would be unrealistically optimistic.
