Swing Hi Lo Alerts stopped working

Really weird - this worked a few weeks ago. Now no alerts are generated. Here's the alert code: =OR(SG1>0,SG2>0). I used a spread sheet to verify that both SG1 and SG2 are zero except when the swing hi and low print. Can't figure out why no alerts occur.
Help appreciated. Thanks

Unless the Swing High and Low study is displaying an arrow on the last bar in the chart, you will not get an alert with that formula.

Assuming by last bar you mean the rightmost bar as the chart paints - yes the arrows print there but no alert is displayed in the Alert Manager and no sound is played.
Then as time progresses the arrows remain on the chart as expected.
How do I get it to generate an alert when the arrows paint?
