Hello, I've attempted to search this forum for a solution, and I believe it's a straightforward issue. I have four accounts connected to Sierra from Top Step. When I execute a trade on one account, the order displays the entry and bracket orders for adjustment. However, after closing the trade and selecting another account, placing an order only shows on the DOMs and not on the chart. I've followed and made sure chart trade mode is on. |

You need to ensure that the correct account is selected for that chart. Refer to the following: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM) Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Trade Window Settings Not Applying to Chart or Trading DOM For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hello John, Thank you for your help. Are you suggesting that I should create a new chart, DOM, for each account? I've followed the instructions provided, switching accounts from the dropdown. However, I'm encountering an issue where only one account functions correctly when placing an order. The chart displays the fill and allows for adjusting the bracket order. Yet, when I sell that and choose a different account from the dropdown to place an order, nothing appears on the chart. I've ensured that the chart is linked to the same number and symbol. |
