Hello, I typically use SC on my desktop computer but am traveling so I am using my laptop. I have previously done this and had installed a copy of my SC onto the machine, so the only thing I did prior to leaving this time was copy my chartbook files into my laptop SC instance to keep the drawings. I booted up my chartbooks and the ones for GC and CL are behaving fine. However, my ES chartbook will not display any data between 12-10-23 and today on all of my charts. It just shows one big bar with all of the trade fills I took between that time. When I connect to the data feed (I am trading a funded TopStep account so it is Rithmic) the current data starts to plot. I have tried following every single guide to fix this issue. My ES charts are set up as continuous volume based rollover back adjusted and I have tried creating a new 1 minute chart as well to isolate the issue. I tried setting the symbol to the future as well as the past and reloading the data with no success. Delete all data and Download has not worked or any of the other data downloading options. Even using the Intraday Data Editor I can scroll and see the gap in data. Deleting and downloading data from current position to end did not work as well. I made sure the symbol is up to date and various other guides I found here to help fix this. Any help would be appreciated as I am stumped on what could be causing this on my ES charts as opposed to my CL and GC charts! I sent my logs in via the "Send for Analysis" button. Thanks. |

You are using Rithmic data, which has issues with historical data. If you are getting the real-time data when you are connected to the data feed, then that is the best that can be done. And we do not know why your other charts have the additional data and ES does not. Refer to the following regarding our thoughts on Rithmic data and our policy towards it: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Rithmic Market Data and Support Policy For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thank you, figured that would be the case. Had my partner log into my computer back at home and sent me the .scid file for my ES contract. It loaded up fine and is working now - I wonder if the wifi here was not strong enough to download the data in bulk? Either way strange but am happy it is working now!
