Suddenly, I am getting an "Array is Unallocated" message. The charts are Not updating at all for the first few minutes after loading the charts... after a few minutes, they start working. Could this have something to do with the fact I just restored my services (Denali and and exchanges)? Is date for my account being delayed? The "Array is unallocated" can be safely ignored. And it is not something that we can typically figure out where it is coming from. As to the delay when you first open the charts, there is nothing about your account that would indicate an issue. We recommend starting with a new chartbook and a new chart and seeing if you have any issues opening that. Most likely you will not, in which case it is probably just about the setup of your charts and what needs to load and/or calculate.
