Hey my name is david, and im wondering why after i reactivated my sierra platfrom montly subscribtion, now that i open and am trying to use the footprint chart, all the data in my platform is delayed by 10mins. Is there something i missed on doing?

You do not have any exchanges activated in order to get real-time data from us. We see that you had the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts" exchange active in December, but it did not renew on January 1, 2024 due to insufficient funds in your account at that time.
