hello, I was recently asked to activate: Denali - Activated Exchange: US Equities Consolidated Tape.
I did so and now I am seeing that I am paying 46 dollars monthly instead of $34 I was paying last year.
I can also see in my Deactivated services: Denali - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts.

I was satisfied with my last year services. Can you please explain these changes and also If I could go back to last years monthly charge and service?

Thank you

The reason you are paying $46.00 per month is because your package costs $36.00 and you have the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" exchange active, which costs $10.00 per month.

When you had the "Full CME Group with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts", you were paying $36.00 per month for the package and $34.25 for the exchange fees, so a total of $70.25 per month.

What are the exchanges for which you need the real-time data?

NYMEX, COMEX, CBOT
I trade crude and gold futures but I am also watching currencies, treasury notes, Copper and S&P.

Why does my trading DOM now says "Delayed"?

Thank you

You do not have any of the CME Group exchanges active on your account at this time. You can activate the CME Group exchange(s) at the following link:

thank you. I have activated the CME group. Do I need the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape"?

You need to tell us if you need that. It is what it states - the U.S. Equities, so if you need that data for some reason, then you would need to keep that exchange, otherwise no.

Thank you for your help John, do I just go into my account and deactivate it?

Yes, you can deactivate the U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeedSTOCKS#Exchanges

Select the "Deactivate" button for the exchange.

Note that the exchanges do not give refunds, therefore you will continue to have access to the data through the end of the month. Deactivating it sets it to not renew on the next month.
