Random, inconsistent market depth quantities on multiple symbols

I have full market depth for the CME bundle. I will get random market depth inconsistencies across multiple products that either have no depth, or weird problems, such as the one shown in the uploaded image. The chart settings for CL is open, showing 0 for "Maximum Market Depth Levels", indicating to list them all. The CL DOM is on the top right of the screen. I am getting about 10 market depth levels on the Ask and 2-3 market depth levels on the bid. The same thing is happening with ES and NQ directly to the left, while GC has full market depth directly below the CL DOM. If I reconnect or shut down/restart SC it will usually go away. This problem comes and goes and I cannot identify why it is happening. I am currently connected to TopStep Rithmic, if that makes any difference. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
