Email alert never comes

hi,

a long-time user here. Used to work well in past. After some time I got back to using Sierra again but now it does not work

The alert (5) is working - that is I hear the AlertSound.wav but the email never comes to my mailbox.
I used to use this heavily and reliably in the past

The problem could be with Outlook. But it is not on the list of blocked domains:

We are going to be developing Telegram support, as quickly as possible. Hopefully in about two weeks. So this will be another way to send alerts. This will be a much more reliable means to receive alerts on a mobile device.
