Hi, I have noticed several times that the trade order adjustion (quantity and price window) stops working properly by the time. Everything is fine and after a few months or weeks I cannot adjust the contract amount any more, see attached picture. Is there any reason for that? Is it a bug? the same happens when I open a backup chartbook cht file which worked well before. Many thanks |

Hello, thank you. I wish you a happy new year. It happened probably by chance when I updated the SC version to the latest version, but it happened also before with other versions a while after updating. Now I have experienced this issue 4 times over the period of 8 months. I just want to click on the green buy limit order on the chart in my picture at the contract size, here 3 - and the QUANTITY AND PRICE WINDOW doesnt open as in the picture. So I have to delete the whole order and open a new one for contract size adjustion. I have the TRADE CHART MODE ON on 2 charts and it stopped working on one of them. Both charts are the same contract but different timeframes. If I remember right the issue happened also before when I had only on one chart in the chartbook the TRADE CHART MODE ON. I used a different computer and chartbook for the picture screenshot where it works properly, Many thanks in advance. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-01-01 00:16:00

There was a change made in a very recent version that should resolve this. Let us know if you still see a problem. Or if it is not in the latest version the next version will have it and will be out today or tomorrow.

My issues above are with the current version 2576. I have noticed another weird behaviour- It doesnt bother me much, but it would be better to fix this bug/issue. I have now deacticated the CHART TRADE MODE ON function on my left 1min chart, see my new picture below. But the orders are still visible - here at price 4797.25.

With regards to the issue of the orders showing in a chart with "Chart Trade Mode On" not enabled, you need to also check the setting for "Trade >> Show Orders and Positions". If this is enabled (has a checkmark next to it) then the orders will still show in that chart.
