Each time "I Delete All Data and Download" from the Edit menu I get a different chart pattern on the chart. Even when I do this within a 2 to 3 minute time span. Why do I not get the exact same chart and pivot points?

I trade with transact. when I go to global settings data service the name up there is service(trading) and I cant get drawdown box to open

This is because there is a difference between the real-time data received and the historical data. We do not have control over either of these. You will need to contact your broker for help with their data feed.
