Display text/image on alert condition

Is there a method to display text or an image on the chart based on an alert condition? For example, if the condition is met, then text appears explaining the condition. Something that can be placed in a specific spot or float like the bar countdown study's text. Even better if it can display a graphic like an arrow or even a custom image. |

There is not a built-in way to have a drawing or something that is static show on the chart. You can have arrows, or other items display at a particular bar, but it will then move with the bar - this would be accomplished using the Color Bar Based on Alert Condition study.
