Hello,

I am currently experiencing some difficulties with Sierra Chart.

I subscribed to the 12-pack for a 28-day trial period. Before that, I was using the package 5 for simulation. I mainly trade the Bund FGBL futures.

I would like to display the Market Depth in the DOM, but unfortunately, I only have access to one level. Similarly, the "File Open Market Depth" provides only one level.

I have gone through the procedure you recommended to the colleague below without success:
need help with bid/ask size columns

Can you please guide me on what I should have to do to access to all levels?

Furthermore, on the main chart, I would like to display the "Large Volume Trade" study as well as the "Volume at Price Threshold Alert” study and I am also having difficulty making these indicators appear.

Do you have any idea why this might be happening?

Thank you in advance.

Is your issue during a replay? That is what was discussed in the thread you linked to? Or are you not getting the full Market Depth with the delayed streaming feed?

The issue occurs during a non-delayed simulation trading session. I believe I am not receiving the complete market depth, and it seems that large volume orders or the Volume at Price Threshold Alert are either missing or not functioning.

Is there anything you can do to address this, or is the issue on my side?

It's possible that I am not running the latest version of Sierra Chart. If I update, will the new version retain my personal settings and alerts?

Thank you in advance.

You absolutely must update! You are running a very old version of Sierra Chart.

I am now up to date and running version 2576, but it didn't solve my two issues described above.

What is the symbol you are working with?

The issues you are having are completely related to the symbol you are using. That symbol is a CFD, and we do not have any Market Depth data for the CFDs.

Additionally, the amount of trading occurring with that symbol is relatively small, so the trades are typically on a size of 1. Therefore, if you are using the Large Volume Trade Indicator, it will not show anything unless you set a threshold of 1. The same for the Volume at Price Threshold Alert.

We recommend using the FGBL-EUREX symbol, as this is the EURO Bund Futures that are traded on the EUREX exchange. This has Market Depth and the trades will allow you to use the other studies.
