We need more information on exactly what you are wanting to do. We do not understand what you are looking for in terms of 'Accessing Visible Bars'.

For example - Within the Alerts tab, be able to compute the cumulative volume of the visible bars only and apply some mathematical calculation on that. I know there's MAX[-1:-20] to manipulate values of previous bars but the question is if I the Alerts knows how to access the data on the visible bars only, without hard coding the bars range. |

There is no functionality within Alerts or Spreadsheets to know the visible bars of the chart.
