Hi Support Team, I am using SC version 2568 with US Equities Consolidated Tape (which I just subscribed last night). I have a watchlist and usually start the scan to load the daily data for all the symbols from my watch list. With this version, it loads only the chart. Not loading any historical data (unless I explicitly click the symbol). Please advice if any setting I missed. Note: I have no issue with SC version 2561 with IB data. |

I found the reason: I forgot to Enable "Global Settings >> General Settings >> General >> Data >> Subscribe Real-time (RT) Data and Download Historical Data During Scan". Now is working fine. |
