Hi,

Checked with the FCM, they said to post here. Had a disconnect/reconnect at 13:14:30.156 .

Subsequently Trade Activity Log would not update in real-time, without clicking 'Apply'.

On message log see 2 messages that are different than at the other FCM's message logs:

Requested new login tokens. | 2023-12-14 14:41:39.337
Received 8 login tokens. | 2023-12-14 14:41:39.678

What, if anything, do I need to do at this point to resolve?

Depending on what section of the Trade Activity Log you are viewing, you may have to select Apply to see the updates. What are you looking at and what exactly is not occurring that you are expecting to occur.

The message about the Login Tokens can be ignored - that is a standard message that you do not need to worry about. It has nothing to do with your Trade Activity Log.

Hi John,

Thanks for the information. Will ignore the Login Tokens message.

On the Trade Activity Log -> Trades window, which is left open, up to today and in the other copies of SC for the other FCMs, it has been updating/displaying in real-time the trades as they occur. After the disconnect, the Trade Activity log on this third connection stop updating without clicking Apply, while the others continue to update in real-time.

Can you please get us an image of that window when you have a trade that should be listed but it is not showing (either open or closed).
