Market Depth Historical Graph Issue

For whatever reason, the market depth historical graph will display # of orders at all prices upon opening sierra, but once it's up for longer than around 5mins, it switches to only showing a range of the prior price action that's shown on screen. I never changed anything in study settings and it gets annoying having to close and reopen sierra so often. Any idea how to fix this?

The exchange that you have active (Full CME Group for Non-Professional Trading Accounts) does not include Market Depth data. Therefore, what you are seeing is historical market depth data, which is why you do not see the updates on the current bars.
