Is it possible to share a Chartbook with DLLs with someone and it also show up on a second computer using their same SC account?

You can send Chartbooks and/or Study Collections using the "File >> Send File to User" option, but it does not send Custom Studies (DLLs). Therefore, if this is a one-time transfer, or something that will happen only occasionally, then it is best to just copy what you want and send them via email, dropbox, USB stick, etc. If this is something that you will be constantly updating, where you have the master and you want the other person to be receiving these files, then you can use our automated distribution system to do this. Refer to the information here: Advanced Custom Study Interface and Language (ACSIL): Automated File Distribution System Note that there have been some changes to how the system works, so some of the information is out of date - in particular, you do not need to have the Study Authorization, and you can create your own groupings now, you do not need us to do it for you. You can do this by selecting the link for "Manage Custom Studies Users" from your main Control Panel for your account on our website. Thank you for the info. My concern is keeping "Allowed Users" from copying Custom DLLs. I know SC account holders can use the SC platform on up to 3 computers. Yet, regarding the Control Panel "Allowed Users" caption mentioned below, can you assure me that they will only have access to the Custom DLLs from one computer at one time? Allowed Users The table below lists the Account Names that are allowed to use the protected custom studies in the Custom Studies DLL file. You can Remove a user or update their End Date. Yes, they certainly would be able to use/see the study on the second computer (of the same account that the study is authorized on). I run two machines side-by-side and they both have access to the custom studies. |

As stated by User431178, our authorization only extends to the User level. We do not have any control over the computer level. This would be something you would need to add.
