Hello,

The cumulative volume for my volume profile chart is not matching with what is shown on my footprint chart calculated values. I have tried deleting the data and redownloading it but that did not resolve the issue. Please advise how this can be fixed.Attached are screenshots of the calc values on the footprint chart and the volume shown on the volume profile.

Thank you,

Please give us an image of the entire chart by following these instructions:
Support Board Posting Information: Providing Chartbook with Only a Single Chart

There is not enough information from the snippets you gave us for us to look into this - in particular, we do not know what symbol this is for, what date you were looking at, etc.

Also, make sure your Volume by Price profile is set for 1 day and includes the Evening Session.

Hi John,

Attached is the chartbook for the volume profile that shows the volume total above the volume profile. The symbol I am looking at is ESH24. I will reply with the other chartbook that has the calculated values reflecting the differing volume total.

With a particular chart selected, select "Chart >> Chart Settings" and in the title bar for that window it will state "Chart Settings | SymbolName BarPeriod ChartNumber | ..."

Pull the Chart Number from the above.
