How to move existing brokerage info to new Sierra Chart account

I recently created an LLC to trade under. I'm putting everything related to trading costs/expenses in the business name. This includes Sierra Chart payments. I recently made a new Sierra Chart account and paid for my data and charting package under this new account through this new LLC.

I have been mostly trading through prop firms but want to trade the live markets instead. Rather than go through the process of re-applying for a new account under my broker with the new business name, re-funding my account, and then linking this to my new Sierra Chart account, I was curious if I could just link my existing Stage 5 Trading brokerage account (currently tied to my old Sierra Chart account) to my new Sierra Chart account since I'm a single-member LLC and it's my name on the account anyway.

Can this be done on the Sierra Chart side or do I have to have my broker handle this? It's currently after hours and can't get in touch with them at the moment. Was hoping for a response in the meantime, since I will be away from the computer/markets all day tomorrow.

I'd obviously give you contact info (email/phone/old-account-info) when needed but didn't want to post it in a public forum.

Thank you.

Within Sierra Chart, it does not matter.

In order to trade your Stage 5 account, you just need to enter the information in the "Data/Trade Service Settings" for that account. What Sierra Chart account you use to trade from makes absolutely no difference in the process, or how things show.

In this particular case, we recommend installing a second Sierra Chart, so you can have access to both your accounts without having to switch the Data/Trade Service Settings. The instructions to install a second Sierra Chart are at the following link:

The only thing I see when switching to "Teton CME Order Routing" is:

[Service Settings]
Clearing Firm (List) Dorman
Use Backup Connectivity as Primary No

There is no username or password to be set. I'm using the same settings I was using when connecting to my live account.

When switching back to Rithmic for TopStep, the option to list username/password is there.

Thank you for the info on the second instance. I will use that in the near future.

This is correct - when connecting to the Teton Order Routing Service, you do not enter a Username/Password. The configuration is handled by your broker to connect your Sierra Chart account to your trading account.

Just make sure the Clearing Firm is set correctly.

The instructions for setting up the Teton Order Routing Service are here:

We are not sure if there is an issue you are having with this, as we are not sure what you are referring to when you state "I'm using the same settings I was using when connecting to my live account.".
