current position not visible

My fills and live orders are visible but my current position is not visible suddenly since this morning. (neither from my chart nor DOM) If I turn on Sim, it is visible but when I turn it off, it is not. It is currently connected with IB and was working fine yesterday. I tried restarting the chart, turning 'chart trade mode', 'show order fills' etc on and off. Nothing seems to work. There is nothing wrong with my broker. Please help. |

If you see the position when you turn on "Simulation Mode" then this implies that the order was placed in Simulation Mode and not live. Check with your broker to see if the position actually exists on the exchange. Hi, thank you for your reply. However, I don't think I was clear enough earlier. I said when I turn on simulation mode and enter into a position, my current position (price and how many contracts I'm in) is visible, as it is supposed to be, on my charts. However, when I turn into live trading and then enter into a position, my position is not shown in any of the charts. (It shows for like 1 second then disappears). I can see my position on TWS but not on the sierrachart. It was working perfectly fine yesterday and I have not changed any settings since, but it is suddenly not working today. Please help me fix this problem. |
