Problem with Time Zones and Daylight Saving.

There appears to be a problem with the session times which do not seem to adjust for when DST is active or not. I have set my Global Time Zone to Sydney UTC +10/+11 Using Symbol MES CME exchange Sydney is currently in DST and Chicago is not. So, Chicago = UTC -6 and Sydney + 11 so +17 hours. If I set MES chart to Chicago and session times to start 17:00, end 16:00 and then change the chart to Sydney the session time adjusts correctly. Ie Start 10:00 and end 09:00. Problem is, when I scroll back to when both Sydney and Chicago are using DST such as mid-October the chart is incorrect. Start times are odd and it misses an hour of data. Likewise If I go back further to when Chicago is using DST and Sydney is not the data and time stamps are incorrect. Chart ONE is MES Sydney TZ. October 19 2023. Chicago is DST. Session times 17:00 – 16:00. When I change this chart to Sydney the session time changes to 10:00 to 09:00. This is a 17 hour difference when it is actually 16 hours. Session times ought to be 09:00 to 08:00 for this date. In addition, the chart looks very different to the Chicago chart. In Chart TWO, I have marked the session end and next start. If I change the session times to the correct times ie. 09:00 to 08:00 I get the correct chart. Chart THREE is now the same as the Chicago chart with offset for Sydney time stamps. Problem is – if I move forward to when Sydney Is not DST and Chicago is DST, the chart is incorrect as is the reverse. As I opened with, it appears the session times are not being automatically adjusted for DST. Can you please advise if I have a setting incorrect or if there is a problem that needs to addressed in Sierra Chart? This also applies to other markets eg, DAX Mini and, it’s delayed start in DST is a further complication. With thanks Peter P.
