Unable to customize Control Bar after removing commands

While customizing a Control Bar, I removed all of the 'Selected Control Bar Commands' and clicked "OK" before adding new ones. This control bar has now disappeared and now unable to right-click to customize the control bar to add commands, because it is no longer displayed on the screen. Not sure how get into the customize screen to add commands without it being visible?

Select "Global Settings >> Customize Control Bars >> Control Bar #" where # is the number of the control bar you want to customize.
