Not connect for my Interactive Brokers Account

Dear Suppert Team,
Today I reopen my Sierra charts account, and i have purchased an 3 month subscription for Base Standard Sierra Chart (Service Package 3). 2 yars ago i could use Sierra Charts with Interactive Brokers account.
But now I can not connect for my Interactive Brokers Account in Sierra Charts:
I get the following problem: "Connect to Data Feed : Service Package does not support this function os account is expired.

Could You please help me in this issue?
