Hi, I'm not able to place any trades for some reason even though I have successfully connected to my platform. I'm not on simulation mode and I was trying to place the trades in regular market hours but none of them were able to go through, and I can't even see my account balance, its blank. I have attached the error message I get when I try to place a trade to help you understand better. and the data service settings that I'm using. Please let me know how I can fix this issue. Thanks!

See if you still have this problem Sunday evening when the market reopens at 6 PM US Eastern time. If you do, contact your broker and have them assign a trading account to your Rithmic username.
