Hi A client was pointing out that the Cocoa CCH24 chart was not updating today. I tried a few things but there's been no data today (7th). What can I tell him? Tia |

That instrument trades on The ICE and we do not have real-time data for this exchange. At best you would get data from about 24 hours ago and it will only occasionally update. If they are using a different source for the data, then they would need to check with that service.
