Im trying to copy chart drawings from one chartbook to another and i have read the "Copy Chart Drawings from Chart #'s (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Chart Drawings menu)" but dont understand it. So if my chartbook name i want to copy drawings from is "THE CHARTBOOK SnP 500.Cht" do i enter: THE CHARTBOOK SnP 500.Cht#4? i tried with .cht and without and it didnt work. thanks |

From the documentation: To copy Chart drawings from another Chartbook, you need to specify the Chartbook name with the chart number in the Copy Chart Drawings from Chart #'s box. The general format is: [chartbook name]:[chart number]. Example: Chartbook1:4, Chartbook1:2. There can be multiple Chartbooks with a Chart Number specified, each separated by a comma.
Therefore you need to use the Chartbook name without the .cht and you need to use a Colon before the chart number. So this is what you need to enter: THE CHARTBOOK SnP 500.Cht:4 For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Sweet so that worked but when i copy the drawings of one of the charts in my chatbook to another all four of the charts change to the same symbol as you can see in the attached images, is there anything i can do to keep them as the same symbol? Thanks |

This would not have anything to do with the drawings. In fact, if you are copying the drawings from a chart with a different symbol, you would have to enable the option for "Show Chart Drawings For Different Symbols". The charts changing symbol would be due to linking. We see that all the charts are setup to use Link Number 1. You must have the Symbol linked between the charts.
