MES Contract Margin Requirements

My broker Insignia futures offers day trading margins as low as 50 dollars per MES contract. However, Sierra chart uses the standard margin requirements of 1200 per MES contract. Is It possible to reduce my margin requirements needed to open an MES position on Sierra Chart? Thank you.

Sierra Chart does not do anything with the margins unless you are using our Simulated Futures Trading Service, but then you have control over the margins that are used. You need to ask your broker about this, as they are the ones that control this.
