New Feature Request More Trade Window Buttons

Hello Support Board It would be great if we could make use of the blank space on the bottom of the trade window to add customizable buttons. Or a mini quote screen and still have the trade window attached to the chart. And then, there will be world peace. Anybody else have ideas of what could be added here? Thanks |

We are working on all new windows, which includes the Trade Window. We will not be making any changes to the existing Trade Window. If there are any features that you feel would be necessary for a new Trade Window, feel free to post and we'll see what we can do (no promises on anything in particular getting in, but we always like to get input). Customize a control bar and add it to the chart window. Then set it to "float" and size it to fill that space. You could probably fit 20 buttons there if you wanted to, it just depends on the font size you use for the button text. Control Bar |

The Control Bars are going to replace the existing Trade Window and we are getting close to finishing with all of the trading interface components that can then be added to a Control Bar to make it a fully functional Trading interface.

Thanks to Mercrastius & Support, I have started to modify a control bar just for trading. These other two things are probably available in Sierra but have not found them yet, that I got used to on another platform DOM. 1. A button just for an entry with a set point or $ amount to fade the entry, I have been using the right click on the chart to set the entry trailing stop. The drop down list on the trade window is almost useless, by the time you find the price it moves, since it has every price. 2. A scaling list box on the Trade DOM TO QUICKLY change the scale from .25 to 1 point or 5 points or 11 points or whatever. Similar to this |
