Your account has been activated and the usage time extended if necessary. If Sierra Chart is running, it will automatically be activated within about three minutes. However, you may need to exit from the Sierra Chart charting and trading software by selecting "File >> Exit". And then open Sierra Chart through the icon on your desktop or through the desktop Start menu. After your Sierra Chart usage time ends you need to pay for additional usage time through "Help >> Add Usage Credit". We see you are using CQG. Who is your futures broker? You cannot use CQG on two systems at a time but you can use Teton order routing on two systems at the same time: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing However, even in the case of Teton order routing there is a requirement to pay 2 exchange fees for market data on two systems at the same time. AMP is my futures broker. Please forgive me not knowing. I paid for the Denali feed & have CQG as routing only through AMP. Can you use 2 systems doing this?

No - you can not have 2 systems connecting to the same CQG account. Additionally, if you want to get the Denali data to two different computers at the same time, then you need to pay the exchange fee twice. You do have the Denali Exchange Data Feed setup for 2 systems, so you can get the Denali data to two different computers at the same time. But, you can not have two different connections to CQG at the same time. Therefore, if you want to get the data to two different computers running Sierra Chart at the same time, one of those installations will have to be connected to "SC Data - All Services" and use the symbols for that service, when the other computer is connected to CQG.
