Hey on the 1440 chart is it possible to remove the data from Sunday over night sessions, or better yet, merge it with Mondays data so it shows as one candle??

It all depends on how you have your Session Times setup. If you have an Evening Session defined that covers the overnight, then that data should be part of a single candle. Although the day that is shown for the candle will be for the start of the Evening Session.
