[Programming Help] - Error downloading historical Daily data

Hello, I haven't had this issue before, only for historical charts can't download historical data, last data that I can see is from 2023-10-18 then it jumps to todays data. I already tried to connect and disconnect and also re-select SC Data - All Services, but I still having the same error: "Download fail, Error downloading historical Daily data for QQQ, HTTP Error when downloading from SC external historical data service. Status code: 0. Hello, I allowed SC chart thorough the firewall, I even turned it off completely and I still can't download historical data. I'm not an IT person, but all other softwares work perfectly with the exception of SC. The only way I'm able to make it work is: When I'm on Wi-Fi, then I plug my ethernet cable, then turn off Wi-Fi and then I click on download data for all historical charts and then it starts downloading the historical data. It will work fine the entire day. and vice versa The next day, I can't download historical data through ethernet cable, then I unplug my ethernet cable, then turn on Wi-Fi and then I click on download data for all historical charts and then it starts downloading the historical data. It will work fine the entire day. Thanks for your feedback. |

We do not ever remember seeing this before from any user. We recommend disabling any security software on your computer and restarting it. This looks like the cause of security software.
